Freedom Plaza is honored to partner with the National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS) to staff and program our resident fitness and wellness services! Through this partnership, Freedom Plaza is committed to providing residents with access to an active and vibrant culture of healthy living. NIFS does this by providing fitness expertise through educated staff, original programming through the dimensions of wellness, a robust group fitness calendar, and 1-1 fitness services such as Fitness Evaluations and Custom Exercise Programs.
